This course covers the Books of Joshua, Judges, Ruth and I & II Samuel in extensive detail. There are 24 chapters in Joshua, 21 chapters in Judges, 4 chapters in Ruth, 31 chapters in I Samuel and 24 chapters in II Samuel, producing a total of 104 chapters to be read and meditated on during the duration of the course. Short to medium chapters are covered in a single day's required reading, while chapters with significant content are divided up into multiple days of reading by stopping at logical break points in the narrative. Special attention will be given to noteworthy events, comments and doctrinal statements, with full explanations provided where Scripture may be unclear or confusing.
