Prophecy in the Gospels deals with not only the prophecies issued by Jesus, but also the circumstances and the mechanisms which He used is issuing these prophecies. With Christ, prophetic accuracy and detail took a quantum leap from the Old Testament, so it is to our advantage to analyze what He said, when He said it, and how He said it. Special attention is given to His parables, many of which contain thinly veiled prophecies.
