Revelation 19:7-8 says that the Bride has MADE HERSELF READY and that She is arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, which represents the righteous acts of the saints. In II Timothy 2:21, Paul tells Timothy that if anyone PURIFIES THEMSELVES they become a FIT VESSEL, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work. Sadly, most Christians today love God and want to serve Him, but consistently disqualify themselves and damage those around them due to a significant lack of Christian character. People are often drawn into the Church through the exercise of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and then driven right back out again through a lack of the Fruit of the Spirit in the people there.

GRN provides each new Member with a 12-25 member Ministry Team led by a dedicated, spiritually discerning Ministry Team Coordinator. The Ministry Team meets at least once a week, usually for 2-3 hours, to pray for one another, their needs and their families. The Ministry Team Coordinator is dedicated to watching over the souls he or she has been entrusted with to make sure that “all is well with your soul”. As the new Member begins to grow in their walk with Christ, their fellow Members and the Ministry Team Coordinator help them to move from the New Birth toward Complete Sanctification and the ultimate goal which is the development of a Christ-like character in them. If any Member should stumble and fall, the Ministry Team is committed to surround them in a circle of love and support and to help restore them to complete sanctification without judging or condemning them.

GRN concentrates on having Members of the Ministry Team focus on praying for each other’s needs before they pray for their own needs. As a result, a much higher percentage of prayers are generally answered by the Lord. Together, as a believing body, GRN will help encourage and pray for one another until we ALL come to “the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:13).
